1. Order Cancellation

Cancellations are allowed only if requested on the same day of placing the order.

If the order has been processed or communicated to the vendor, cancellation may not be possible.

Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.
2. Non-Cancellable Products

Perishable items such as food, flowers, and event tickets are not eligible for cancellation.

Digital goods, downloadable content, and personalized items are non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in case of:

Defective or damaged products (to be reported within 24 hours of delivery).

Non-receipt of the service or product within the promised time frame.

Event cancellation by the organizer (subject to organizer’s refund policy).

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.

Service charges and transaction fees are non-refundable.
4. Return & Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, report it to customer support within 24 hours.

Returns are subject to approval after verification.

Replacement will be provided based on stock availability.
